    Default Program won't open?

    If I double click on the scrapbook max icon on my desk top or go via start, programs, scrapbook max to open the program it does nothing. When I look at windows task manager, after trying to open max, my cpu usage jumps to 100% and the program does not open. I can see scrapbook max in the processes tab, but the program does not open. Please advise. Thanks,LP

    this happened to me a while back....i ended up getting my cd out and re-installing the program
