Booster Pack Store

Hey All,

Today I bought my first item from the Booster Pack Store. I followed the directions to download. But I keep getting an error message. I cannot find an email address or way to contact anyone for assistance.

Any idea of what I may be doing wrong? Can you point me in the right direction to someone who can help?

Do you know who the designer was. You can send them a PM. If you don't know the designers name, but know the name of the kit, you can post the name of the kit here so some one can tell you who the kit belongs to. The designers are very friendly and will help you out.

Hi jennydoodledo, welcome to the forum. Oh, yeah, the designers are members here. When they are not busy throwing mud at their monitors in the hope that some incredible design will appear as if by brilliant intent, they are running around in the forum causing all kinds of mischief!

Fortunately, they are easy to spot. They are the ones with the wild look in their eyes, looking for the way to the Onie's B&B, or taking a dip in the town's fountain. But don't you worry about a thing, they are quite harmless. But.... If they give you any trouble, you just let good old Granny know, and she will handle that wild bunch!!!

hi Brenda

in the first instance email support giving them your invoice number and tell them that you cant download the kit - you can email via the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the forum pages - they will help you, (mind you the office is only open monday to friday 9 to 5 candian time so you may not get a reply until monday)

Gracious!! So sorry to hear about the troubles you are having with the Booster Pack Store! It must be taking a holiday this weekend!!

I'm so tickled!! You were buying one of my items!!

Got to thinking of a POSSIBLE but uncertain thing it might me!! Max used to have a LIMIT of no less than a $5 purchase to buy something..But now with PAYPAL being in there, I'm curious to know if that LIMIT has gone away..That MIGHT be part of the problem..Not sure..just guessing..in the meantime..Check your email..

Unfortunately, it's like a 'break-up'... "it's not you honey, it's me!".

May try to uninstall/reinstall SBM!

I just purchased two other Booster Packs and guess what? Same error problem! ugh!

Uninstall/reinstall... wish me luck!
