I cannot find my CD

I recently purchased a new laptop and want to install my SBM on it (the whole reason for purchasing the laptop). But, now, I cannot find my CD. I know that this has been discussed before, because I remember reading about it. I have read through so many threads looking for the instructions on how to work through this, but I just cannot find it.

Can anyone help me?

I purchased the SBM program the first of May '08.
