A few prayers can't hurt

Hi everyone! Just hoping you guys will keep all of us in Tropical Storm Hanna's path (possibly hurricane by landfall) in your thoughts and prayers that it will stay away and if it feels it MUST impose on us, it won't be bad.
They aren't predicting it will be a bad one but waters can get pretty high on the coastal areas. Not to mention we are engulfed with stinkin' tall pine trees who love to snap and sit square at people's dining room tables with them. (perhaps jealous of the MAPLE SYRUP we eat with our pancake dinners?)
Just keep us in mind if ya don't mind...

And I promise, this hurricane will NOT find me and my camera out on a rock jetty in the ocean busting my butt again! (Unless I get really bored, and if I do I will share the pictures...of the waters, not me looking stupid) although they would make for a great lay out. HA HA

well thats all good and proper pick, but im sorry girlfriend but im wanting photos of this event. so you just got to go out and snap away. but i dont want any of just the out side part of it. thats for beginers no you got to get into the eye of the storm. like you know when you swirl around and around. just think of the pic`s you will get. gosh so off you go and get us some swirly ones.

Thanks everyone! We made it without a scratch!! Some folks got it a little worse than we did, but from what I can tell from the news, there was nothing major. Few downed trees (told ya) and some flooding. No reports of anything worse.
The only trouble we had is that my son woke up sick this morning (also nothing major). Low fever, sneezing, little coughing and of course the wonderful runny nose that is inevitable in little kids. The child has hardly ever been sick, thank goodness. Few colds here and there and only 2 ear infections since he was born, so it makes me feel kinda sorry for him not wanting to run and play on his first weekend after school started. I guess he went to school and picked up any germ that he could find. But being the "cool mommy" I am, I went out in the gale force winds to Wal-Mart, got him some meds, vapor bath (for babies, I know, but it WORKS) and some silly straws and his favorite crackers and cream cheese, of which I have eaten more than him. LoL.
But seriously, thanks for the kind thoughts.

Glad you made it through, its hitting us now, but mostly rain. So its a good day to scrap! LOL Its the other two hurricanes that are gonna hit that we all must watch... Too much rain= flooding.... Been there, done that!
Hope your son is feeling better Pick! What a trooper running to walmart! I love those straws!!!!
