Ruler guide

I wish there were a way to drag ruler guides down and over to be able to line up your objects. There is a ruler but no drag-able guide lines.
I hope this makes sense and in case anyone knows if we actually already can do this, let me know. Please

I put a straight ribbon emby on (if larger letter use two for size), put the letters on the edge, then delete them when done. A pain, but it works (not that you'd know it by my last set.

Well I never thought about doing that! Good idea! Sometimes I look easy right in the face and never see it. I always go around my elbow to get to my rear end.

Just made this for you, hope it helps. Size where the 0 is on left edge and whatever size you are using (8x8, 12x12), that number lines up on the left edge. Bring in as embie; this is the same as the ribbons, but just has the inch marks by 1/8 inch divisions.
