seperate spot for things we are looking for

I would like to see s spot where we can post things that we are looking for or would like to see
some one make as when we can keep the others for the layouts templets and embelishments but I think it might be easier to look in one spot so we can see just these request but have them post the embies or temps, in the proper spots. this way keeping request seprate. something like nsbr or discussions .
