White Space
the term 'white space' also known as 'negative space' refers to any space that is not covered with images, writing or embellishments, white space isn't always actually white it can be any colour or subtle pattern.
now the lesson is over it's time for the challenge
this weeks challenge is to make a layout(s) using no more than a 1/3rd of the page leaving lots of 'white space'
Rules
1) make one or more pages using only up to 1/3rd of the page and leaving up to 2/3rds 'white space'
2) pages can have any theme
3) all pages to be uploaded to the gallery and to this thread
4) all pages to be in by Sunday 3rd August

Hope I got the idea right. I wanted to use the frame I made from Vanessa's tutorial. I made my own lace edge and used her tutorial to appy it. The roses are ones I made.

It sure is different not using a lot of embellishments and all, makes a very nice look to the page. This is from Fiona's Rustic Ruse Kit she gave us from Challenge 34. Thanks Fiona.

Great pages! I might be able to get this one done. I really wanted to do last weeks but I was waiting to get a few days together to put them all on one page and then got busy and couldn't get back to it. So sorry, Fiona.
Mommabird, love the pastel "sunburst" effect. Looks like you pulled the colors right out of your picture!
