    Default My Mother-In-Law

    Meet my mother-in-law, Marcelle. She's in her mid 70s, helps my father-in-law farm about 120 acres and 20 head of cattle, rides horses, and crochets and sews like a fiend. I hope to have even half of her get-up-&-go when/if I reach her age!

    She loves purple, absolutely adores it, so when I saw Violet Hill kit in Fiona's store, I knew I had to scrap something for Marcelle out of it.

    I'd love to do a page of my father-in-law, GC, but I'll have to wait a while to get a good picture of him. He was trying to train a young team of horses to pull a wagon a couple weeks ago. They got spooked and ran off with the wagon, knocking him out. He ended up with a broken wrist and the bone around his eye was fractured at the cheek. He's going to be OK, but he's a little, um, colorful at the moment.
