Hi everyone...I am still trying to get back into the routine of things here...lol...but I wanted to let you know what the doc said about my heart surgery coming up...They will be calling me this coming up week with the date and I will be in the hospital at least 2 days...Alot can happen...They will have me monitered very well, especially the kidneys..In my situation, the dye test for the heart could make my insides go haywire if one kidney fails...I could lose both at the same time and of course there is the possibility of death...Depending on where the blockages are located, they will try to take care of the problems and open them up with stints..If the veins are too small, they won't be able to do nothing at that time, and we would have to do something else...But I'd still lose a kidney...What a waste that would be huh? If they see problems occuring with the kidneys during the procedure, they will stop and I will have to have this done on different days to try and save the kidneys...I am assuming it won't be scheduled until the first week in June..Please keep me in all your prayers, this has taken a big toll on my entire family...Surprisingly enough with everything else going on, I'm ok...Anywho, just wanted to keep you all posted...and I will try to be more regular in here, I sure miss you all...((HUGS))
