Help with Screenshots

It seems that the screenshots that used to be on the templates to share have disappeared.. I had trouble the other day and thought it was just me...but It seems the screenshots are not showing up??? when I uploaded a screenshot ..it showed as uploaded but when posting there is no thumbnail to see .........Can you see if it is a small problem easily corrected by the geniuses here?Thanks Corey.

What exact steps are you taking to upload the thumbnail? Where is the thumbnail from? Which folder?

the same steps a always Corey. via the upload facility on the posting facility and always from the templates folder in SM.. I upload the template and the screenshot but the screenshot cant be see... there is just a space that says thumbnails and its empty????

Mine is working. But for a while there it would not let me upload anything, and then I found out it was my pop up blocker. Who knows?

Hmmmmm? You might have something there Marion.. I have got a new Firewall/spyware thingy so I'll check that theory out.. thanks

FYI, I have been posting about getting Errors and I've even communicated with Desmond directly. The techs think my errors could be related to my virsus scan etc. I need to turn everything off then attempt to uninstall and reinstall my program. The thinking is the maybe something in one of the other programs (virus scan, spy ware, etc) may be interfering with all my files getting properly installed. I plan to check it out tomorrow. I know that I did reinstall the program a few days ago and still get the error messages. I even sent my file to Desmond, and it was found to be okay.

I think it a good idea to keep the techs in the loop of any problems we are having so they can create a trouble shooter for others and ourself to check out when we have problems. Before you know it, they will have an answer to all our problems........... LOL

the thing is I am NOT getting any error messages.???
Am I imagining it or not that when i look around there seem to be many who have uploaded share templates but there is no screen shot ..although in there posts It is obvious they have uploaded it???

I just went and had another look and I cant see anybody's screenshots... so does that give you guys a clue? does that mean It is my computer and possible some program I have that i s stopping the screenshots

My screenshots are there.
Try to uninstall your spyware or pop up blocker and see what happens. Then you at least if that is the problem.
I uninstalled mine and then reinstalled it and I no longer had the problem.

Do you SEE the screenshots for My templates? for example the Bride and groom one????? Just interested if others see them and I dont? then it MUST be my software.
