Cropping

I've seen a lot of frames, lately, that are made made with one corner cropped off. Is there anyway to crop the right angle edge off a photo using scrapbookmax? If not, does anyone know if there is a scissors tool in PSE. I eventually get it done in PSE, but, golly, how I'm doing it has to be all wrong. I won't even tell you the elaborate nonsense I go through. You all know the only program I can use is scrapbookmax

I have not found a way in SBM .... butperhaps someone will be able to tell you otherwise ... I hope. I use PSP so not sure howits done in PSE.
