I just opened my cd that I ordered only to find there is NO cd in the case!!!! I am so shocked and sad. Please tell me what I can do....... Thanks so much.

Thank you, I know SBM is a good group of people. I was all set to scrap our latest zoo trip pictures this weekend. But it'll just have to wait! I think it was really a shock. I was looking all over the floor and even in the envelope to make sure it didn't fall out or hide in the envelope, even though I knew that wasn't possible. Thanks for your encouragement!

Oh dear everyone made 'mistakes',
