I just opened my cd that I ordered only to find there is NO cd in the case!!!! I am so shocked and sad. Please tell me what I can do....... Thanks so much.

Thank you, I know SBM is a good group of people. I was all set to scrap our latest zoo trip pictures this weekend. But it'll just have to wait! I think it was really a shock. I was looking all over the floor and even in the envelope to make sure it didn't fall out or hide in the envelope, even though I knew that wasn't possible. Thanks for your encouragement!

Oh dear everyone made 'mistakes',

I am sure they will resend you one soon if they 'forget' to add the cd in that case. Don't feel sad it will be over soon God bless you.

I'm with everyone else!! They will send you a new one!! They are VERY good about that!! Sorry you have to go through all that!! It will be worth your patient efforts!! Hang in there!!
