Ok, I FINALLY got something done for this challenge. And I didn't cheat by changing my name, either. I figured if MOONLIGHTPEARL could do her lon-n-n-n-g-g-g name, I could surely come up with something. So here's mine. I had to use H - Hinge or Hands so thought of how much I loved my Daddy's Hands and this is my favorite song so here goes.
O - Oval picture
2 - Hmmm...nothing for this so I made it "times 2" (i.e. 2 brads on doodle)
B - Brads on doodle
N - Paperclip on doodle
G - Gems
D - Doodle
H - Hands in picture
O - Overlay
P - Photo Corners
E - Eyelet on doodle with ribbon threaded thru it

Whew! Fiona, I usually thank you for the challenges but this one was HARD! I notice no one posted twice on THIS challenge! Boy you showed us the true meaning of CHALLENGE with this one. Your horns are showing again.

Mel this is quite lovely. Made me cry - my dad and I are very close and he is not long for this world, but he also lives 6000 miles away, so you touched a heartstring there.

Not really, it was just that I had been having a go at making a kit from the papers etc that I used for the first one of my grand-daughters and I felt a bit mean at not including my grandsons, so I quickly knocked up another one to make a matching pair. I intend to send them overseas to my Mum eventually.

Thank you Fiona, this is lovely. Your orange swirly bits, (I don't know what you call them) they remind me of the petals of flame lilies. (Lilium Gloriosa). They used to be our National flower back in Rhodesia well Zimbabwe as it is now.

There must be a very special relationship between daddys and little girls. I recently saw a notice at a local school for a Father-Daughter dance and was very touched at the thought of it.
