    The easest yet

Shake And Bake! Buy it in the store. Just dump the contents into the plastic bag and shake. Then bake.....

        I'm Onie

I think you are responding to me........ My name is actually Onie but I like to use the little smilies as the "O" . I've never had any problem with using Shake and Bake..... but this is my real favorite for baked chicken.....

Get Italian crumbs with herbs (comes in a box) or some other seasoned bread crumbs..... They have different flavors so pick one.

I wet the chicken breast by dipping in milk.

Roll chicken into the bread crumbs

Put on a cookie sheet lined in foil, then put a damb of margarine on top of the chicken pieces. Make sure you seal the foil packet, as this will keep chicken moist.

Bake at 325 for about 1 hr.

I usually open the foil packet to uncover the chicken for the past 10 minutes, which gives it a little crust.

I always get compliments on this receipe. It's easy to do!

I do almost the same thing except I dip in egg first, then milk. I also add some Parmesean cheese to the bag before I add the chicken. YUM!

Oh, I will have to try that too

I always look for ways to vary the taste. I will have to add that cheese and egg. It sure is an easy receipe to do. I also do the same bread crumbs with pork chops too! Especially with stuff chops.......... yum

                Count Me In

Maybe something like favorite deserts or favorite main course....... Now we already know that Moonbeam will submit Vegemite and Granny will hadd more receipes to her cookbook. As for the guys in the forum, I'm sure they all have something special they cook for their wives or signifant others.

Instead of bread crumbs, you can also crush corn flakes and season will a little seasoned salt.

                            Fried Chicken

Chicken works out well in my house... My wife likes the thighs and legs and I'm a breast man (LOL)

For nice juicy, crispy chicken, I do a couple of things...

                            1. Marinated the chicken in a little olive oil, some lime, parsley and sage overnight

                            2. Dip the chicken pieces in a mixture in flour, yellow cornmeal and a 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper for spice

                            3. Put a little oil in a skillet (all metal) on a low frame , partially fry the pieces until crispy.

4 Take the whole pan and put in a 350 F over for about 15-20 minutes to finish

It's a little more work, but it's well worth the wait!

Next week on the show ... we'll show you how to make...
