drag and drop gone weird

All of a sudden when i drag and drop with kits, it is adding things as I drop them as an embellishment automatically....I try and add a BG paper as BG paper and it wont....

The box that says embies BG photo scrap isn't coming up any more.

Has this happened to anyone else and did you fix it thanks!

I believe that I have the solution for you. It isn't a bug :-)

Give me 5 minutes.

Menu File > Settings

Click on the ENVIRONMENT option.

In the Drag and Drop section please UNCHECK this option: Automatically create object (don't ask).

I had the same problem about a yea ago very frustrating but it was just a setting.
