Siactic nerve is damage at the lower back as well as behind each knee.So the nerve is damaged in two places which is why it hurts to sit.I can stand and walk and feel great just find it uncomfortable when sitting. But hope I can fix he problem. xo xo.Miss you all and miss my designing for the girls.xo xo.I will be back.

Had Siactic nerve trouble myself some years ago. Physio gave me excerise to stretch the nerve out. Took me some months to recover. Was less painful to sit with my leg stretched out straight with my bum half off the chair. Not very elegant but less painful for sure. LOL.
Hope you get better soon. Hugs.Kind wishes from Carena
