Converter problems Photospark-scrapbookmax

Hi, wonder if someone can help me out. I tried to convert photospark to scrapbookmax. With the link given here on scrapbookmax. Now copying is no problem but then you have to convert templates and I always get a debug window. No convertion. Now I have a window vista 64 bit. Is that where the problem is?

Please note that if you are using Vista, you must right-click on the icon after installing the converter and choose "run as administrator" - if you don't do this and simply click on the icon to run the program, the converter will not work.

I do run the program as administrator and do every step as in de explenation. but I keep getting debug when I push convert templates. So the problem must be somewhere else. If I could only find out where.
