When you order Scrapbook MAX! 2.0 software, you are immediately sent an email with your download instructions and your serial number. You must make a back up of the downloaded file and save your serial number in a safe place.
If you did not make a back up copy the software and/or have lost your serial number, please contact our reseller Cleverbridge for further assistance. If you cannot burn a back up copy of the software yourself and did not order a back up dvd at the time of purchase, you can ask Cleverbridge how to purchase a back up dvd for $10.
