    Sharing an Idea

On the weekend I was struggling with a page. Looked good but something was off. My husband suggested i crop the whole LO and some of them came out really good. A while back we had the challenge to have just half of a photo frame on a page and this would be a great solution to those who found it difficult.

    Here are examples.

try some of your old LO's and come show us the before and after!!!

Great idea. Personally I love the balance of the uncropped version. I think hubby might be looking for a bigger photograph to show the family on the page. May I suggest your try another page - even use the same elements but in a different way with the larger photo - and see how it turns out again. It's great to try things out again - you can learn alot from it.
Well done - love the pages. Hugs

Thanks but the credit should al go to the person who made the QP. This was only suppose to be an example. This is one of the LO's that to me looks better cropped.

I prefer the uncropped one :-)

The husbands don't generally like this "blank" space :-) They think that all the space should be used for the photo.

Sandrine you are so right! That is what mine said to ....to much empty space.

LOL - Maybe hubbie would be happier if the emtpy space had been taken up with some journaling of some sort. Possibly a story about the person. Don't you just love hubbie's. Sadly journalling is something I hate to do. Rather have the empty space any day.

Girls....I have to admit the first one was not a QP. Sorry went back and had a look. I found it here http://www.digiscrapdepot.com/freebi...ro/129365.aspx.
