Can't use the kit I downloaded

New to digital scrapbooking...
Are the kits that are downloaded from this sit only usable with the Scrapbook Max program? I use Photoshop Elements 8 and downloaded "Are you ready for some football" and I can't seem to use it.
If they are only usable with you software, can I get a refund?

Yes purchases in store are only suitable for SBM software. You will need to contact admin re: refund. Sorry I'm not sure of policy there. The other option is to contact designer - they may be able to get you the files in normal jpeg and png format.
I have a challenge running this month you might like to try out. It's in jpeg and png format so suitable for photoshop.
