Problem importing into SBM

I have just purchased SBM and am getting a little frustrated. I purchased one of the templates on the SBM store site (Santa Baby) and can't figure out how to get it into the program, I thought it would go directly in when I downloaded it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Also can I purchase from other digital stores and use their templates in SBM, if so how would I get those in there.

For what it's worth, I'm having trouble importing a template that I bought at SBM (but I just have the trial version) and am not sure if that makes a difference. I'll be watching to see if anyone replies.. good luck to us!
