I have my email from Cleverbridge dated 9/19/09 that gives me my SM2.0 serial #. I've downloaded a trial 2.0 version on my new computer. How do I enter my serial number? I don't know if this helps...

Is it possible to re-download items I've purchased in the past...not the original software but the addt'l layouts and kits that are ad hoc?:confused:

I've purchased some packages and downloaded them, but they don't appear in Scrapbook Max. I've tried to find a contact email address and can't. Help is needed!
