Yes it is. Just make sure that you back up all all scrapbook Max 2 folders and files as you will have to reinstall the folders and files. I love windows 8.

I have a question. I have upgraded my operating system and had to re-install Scrapbook Max 2. However all my expansion packs did not transfer so have contacted cleverbridge to see if they can help.
