SBM Ruler Guide

If you look at the tumbnail in this post there is a ruler top & left on the screen.
How can I have this on my SBM page????

Go to View > and click on Ruler.

You can enable the ruler by selecting View > Ruler from the program menu at the top of Scrapbook MAX!
