Help, trying to change email address

tried to change email address and it says I am locked out. who do I talk to?
old email address sheilas42@aol.com and my new one is sheilastapleton45@yahoo.com
please help

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, we can no longer allow signs up using free email services (like yahoo) due to issues with spam signs up. If you have a different email account that you can use (one that is not a free service) it should work fine.
