Scraplift - is when you take a layout you've seen in the gallery or where ever and you do a similar layout with often a different kit than the one used in original. It's using the idea of the layout to make another without copying it completely. Add your own spin on it.
This is an excellent way to learn and try new things. Study pages you like and ask yourself why does it work so well, what you like most about it and then you challenge yourself to do one just as good, if not better. LOL. :o
