2 computer usage

I recently purchased a laptop so I could scrapbook in other locations with scrapbookmax. When I loaded my license info. my laptop worked great, however; my desktop was disabled. It says I can use two computers with one license. How do I restore my desktop. I have contacted cleverbridge and reinstalled but nothing works. When I click on the Scrapbookmax icon it says: "error while unpacking program, code 2. Please report to author"

This sounds to me like something went wrong during the installation.
