I just bought 2 kits and some background papers. I downloaded them, but cannot find the papers of any kits. All I got were the embellishments. Please someone tell me what went wrong.

There are two possible places where designers may have categorized their papers - either under Object > Paper Scraps; or under Page> Settings, then check to Background Image and choose Select (some designers categorize their papers as "background papers" ) - hope that helps!
