Error

My daughter has had some computer problems and had to send it in for repair. In doing so, her hard drive was reset to factory settings. We reinstalled Scrapbook Max! version 2 and when trying to open it she gets the following message:

Error while unpacking program, code 2. Please report to author.

She (and I) would appreciate any help in resolving this problem. Thanks.

Yes, I have received the email and just replied. But, can you tell me why this happened and how we might prevent this in the future if she has computer problems again?
