Need Help! New user

Hi everyone,

I have just purchased a bunch of new kits and want to have them organized for use. I have gone into the folders and they are set up perfectly. When I go in through SBM however they are a mess. It also takes forever and a day to open the window for embellishments. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled SBM. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what is going on with it being slow. But maybe someone with more knowledge will come along and help soon. For the time being maybe you could use the drag and drop method, it is what I normally do and is much faster.
