Search on Tags

I'd love to have the ability to search embellishments and papers based on tags. The tags could be stored in the properties of the image.

I'd also like to be able to search my photos based on a tag. For instance, I might have a family picture and I could tag it with all the people's name in it. Therefore, when I create a scrapbook and need an appropriate picture to represent that person, I could search on his or her name.
