I have downloaded these files I purchased on 12-3-13 and they are still not there. I purchased. A Dream Comes True (kit), Always my Love word art (kit), Baby Blue Embellishments (kit), Baby Soft Part A, Boughs of Holly Clusters (kit), Boughs of Holly Kit 1, Days Gone by Album 1 (template), Heart Strings (kit), Can you please help me get these downloaded? I have an HP windows 8. Thank You For your help.
