    error message not formatted properly

    I have just purchased 4 kits and downloaded them onto my desktop as intructed. I cannot however open them (and error message comes up that they are not properly formatted), they are not in my sbm to use. Please help me figure this out before the download runs out and I have wasted my money.

    Contact the Costumer Service ([email protected]) and they will help fix the problem.....I had the same thing happen a few times......Its ok, They will get your kits to you.

          I need help too!

          Hi, I'm not sure how I can delete scrapbooks to make more room. When I try to save stuff it says the memory is full but I have tons of memory on my computer!
          Please help me!

            I am also getting the message: not properly formatted. I have been trying to get help since Thursday through emailing "Contact us" and selecting "Technical help". I am getting so frustrated!

                Same Error Message - not properly formatted

                Hi, I'm a new user & purchased my first add on kits today. I am getting the same error message "not a properly formatted archive". I tried emptying my tempory internet files & downloaded the files again buy still got the same message! This is very frustrating! Seems like Gracie was able to help you. How can I contact her?
