I need help with printing

Hi, I have used Scrapbook Max for a couple of years and generally love it. Recently I have been having a lot of trouble printing. The pages I want to print come our in thumbnail size and not in regular size. I checked all the settings and everything looks correct. If you can give me an idea of what to do I would appreciate it.

Can you tell us the steps you are taking to print? Also, have you checked your printer's settings?
