making blog backgrounds with sbm

I'm wanting to make my own blog back grounds, has anyone done this using sbm?

I tried a few months ago but the "background" I made didn't fill the screen, it was really squished on my browser and didn't fill the screen.

Any tried and true tips?

Make your background 15 inches in width and 7.5 inches in height. (custom settings) Make your layout according to how you want it to look on your blog...there are templates available on a site here if you need one...
After making the background...Hit file, publish to images, and save it to your computer...Upload this to a photo sharing site like photobucket....use that html code to put into your blogger code...Instructions on that is on the site link above as well.Hope this helps...
