Hi Karin,
I hope I have the right person--you were "referred" to me by another member of the forum after I posted a question concerning commercial uses of a Scrapbook Max image. Here is my original message:
I have designed a new logo for my business. I designed it from Scrapbook Max's program and used one of their embellishments in my logo. The image comes from the Family Heritage Expansion pack (one of their shapes). I am a small, home-based business and sell my items on Etsy. I sell historic doll clothes for the 18" doll on Etsy. I would like to know how to get permission to use this graphic in my logo. I have searched your website and cannot find any clear answers as to how to obtain permission to use this image.

Karin, you helped me with a problem previously. I hope you can do it again. Several of the challenges I uploaded had an automatic load feature to them. I can see them in my Scrapbook Max program but I can't find the location where they autoload. I searched my entire laptop for the files with no success. I store all my graphics on an external drive and want to move these freebies after the month is over. Where do they go????? If I remember and catch it in time, I can change the smb extension to a zip extension. Then the problem is solved, but if I forget...... I have about 4 folders to get rid of now. I looked in all the files of SBM on my C drive--nothing shows. I am still using version 1.

Hi Karin- I want to ask you about Scrapbook Max policy about posting nude pictures of your children online. I know parents think its cute but I am a trained assaulted children cousellor and advocate and honestly what is cute to parents can easily be found and downloaded and shared by pedafiles on child pornography sites. It seems unlikely but it is a real threat. I wanted to post about it but I thought it might be too disturbing a topic. I saw some nude children pages and found it disturbing. Would it be okay for me to post a comment in forums about this topic just to give parents a heads up about this?

how do you delete templates from scrapbook max 2. I have a lot of duplicates I need to get rid of. I couldn't figure out how to do a post

I was wondering if you would know the answer to this? I had to reinstall ScrapbookMax on my computer and I am having trouble getting my themes to reload. When I go to make a new page I cannot pick a new page because my themes are not there. What do I need to do?

I have such a hard time to log on to my account and had to ask for pass word many times and finally gave up and make a new email address so I can get on to order program the other day. Today, I have the same problem, neithr email addresses with pass word will work. I requested again several times and finally gave up. How do people log on to their account? LOL
