Well, I gotta tell you that the first half-century has certainly had it's highs and lows, but it all works out. As long as I'm healthy (just got a clean bill of health from my doctor), can pay the mortgages and do something creative, I'm happy! :D

Thanks everyone, it was a good day... A few phone calls and e-mail from my friends, watched a favorite movie, had a good meal out and Boston Creme Pie for a birthday cake (haven't seen one of those in ages).

My wife gave me a food processor and my in-laws some baking pans as gifts... Do you think they want me to cook more? :confused:

Sorry that I am a day late--but heck it's the weekend so why not make it a weekend birthday!!!!! My son's bithday was yesterday as well, and of course we got the grandkids so that they could go out and have a nice evening alone. Hope you had a wonderful day yesterday!! Now you will have to come up with some new recipes for the family.:) Happy Birthday!!
