Our dear founder (Granny) was seen down on the new SUPPER Hwy! She was seen with her Apes holding a sign that says "ALL WELCOMED TO SCRAPSVILLE" One of the Apes is stopping the drive through cars and giving everyone a map of the town and a bag of popcorn. Heaven help us....... There is no telling WHO or WHAT may make their way to our dear town!

Hey gang, I've got several visitors here at the B&B. They plan to stay the weekend and look the town over. They seem interested in checking out possible residence. I told them that we have a real estate agent in town. They're heading to the bowling alley! Sounds strange that they're asking about the bowling alley!!!! :confused:

I am helping Michelle out by keeping the bowling ally open while she is on her vacation to Vegas. Pitchers of Mojitos and popcorn are set-up for everyone!! Lanes are all waxed and ready to go!! Eng your beauty salon is 1/2 block down from the bowling alley! I need to make an appointment too!! Onie I hope some of those new guests you have are going to open up some businesses in town. :) Well gotta go-been soooo busy this month I don't know which way is up anymore!!

I agree with everyone on Sean Connery. That man has more sex appeal and charisma in his little finger than most men could ever have. I watch every single one of his movies. He is one of the BEST! George is dam good looking, but he is a player and he isn't afraid to let that be known. I am more into commitment, and he hasn't been much for commitment. But I still wouldn't mind meeting him-he is a hunk. I really like Richard Gere too or however you spell it-- he too is a hunk!! I love his silver hair!!! I could go on and on-but I will hold back for now.:) Well the Easter Brunch at the B&B was one of the best I have ever been to. TY for a wonderful Easter Brunch!! Now it's time to get a nap in. I saw that big ape "Kong" giving bowling instructions to that little one. It was real cute but the little Ape was bowling on lane 4 and trying to hit the pins on lane 7. I was on lane 6 and had to duck my head. I about got hit in the head with that dang bowl. The popcorn machine was just starting to pop but I needed to leave, so I don't know about the outcome of the popcorn.

Yeah, just thought this would be a good place to celebrate a big milestone. Emmy is such a special little girl to everyone here. I think everybody has adopted her as their very own sweetheart. I've only been on this site since Nov and I fell in love with her from reading all the posts and thought she deserved her own special birthday "party" here in Scrapsville. You only get 1 first birthday. I know there are alot of people on here with children but Emily and her family have had a hard struggle here lately above and beyond her medical issues and wanted to help cheer them all up. I'll start another thread today to put all her birthday cards in so they will all be together. Do a search on her and MsWizard and you can catch up on all the news on them.

I sure do miss everyone in here, but I am working as much as I can, there is a possibility that I might not have a job in June. One of the doctors is retiring and they might not need 3 girls there. I ask the other doc if he would give me a raise and he said wait till the other doctor leaves, then I opened my big mouth and asked does that mean he's keeping me...he didnt respond...so I will play the waiting game. I would love to have the summer off but those paychecks are sooooo nice every 2 weeks....lol

I've questioned the gypsy and I can't find any proof there one way or the other so we are keeping her under surveillance........ as much as is possible with this gypsy moving around so much. Maybe some of you upstanding citizens could schedule an appointment with her alternative therapy business and keep her around for a while? Oh Sheriff, that cousin of Granny's is a sharpe out gal. She really got into mischief around Scrapsville, about a year ago. She went to far as to stir up the apes and dump soap in the fountain. She spiked the punch at one of the celebrations, resulting in a town full of drunks for about 2 days. No to mention, she broke into the hardware store and took all the duck tape and taped up a bunch of residences. I also remembering her kiddnaping Wolvie's kids (I think). Do not under estimate that old gal, she is a trouble maker! Poor Granny really needed a lot of therapy after that incident.
