Last night my husband was notified that his uncle died and this morning he was notified again that his other uncle died this morning. Both Uncles are brothers and they died 2 days apart. SO, I need to start getting John ready to go back to St. Louis.

Johns Mom died in November
John had his heart attack in January
and now he loses 2 Uncles in February.

I'm real concerned for my husband right now! This is way too much stress on one person!

My biggest concern right now is the cold weather in St. Louis. The cold here was making him short of breath and it's much colder there! He hasn't even had his follow up appointment with a cardiologist yet! It really scares me!

Well, John's dad agreed with me that John did not need to be there. He told John the it's really cold and expected to be colder through the week. His one uncle is having his VIEWING tonight and the funeral tomorrow. The other Uncle's VIEWING will be on Thurday night with funeral on Friday. I think it was a good decision that they planned the dates the way it is. I was concerned that they would have to double up on one of the days.

John and I are going to send a donation to the Church in the form of a Memorial. I understand both brothers were members of the same church.

I am just glad that John isn't going. It really worried me!!!

Onie that is good news. He probably should not be taking that trip, and it's good that his father told him that so he didn't feel he was obligated to go. I am so happy for your sake-too much stress and worry for either of you at this time. My condolences to his family.

That is good that his father gave him a way to not feel obligated about going, especially when it would not be good for his health! Please try to stay rested so as to not get down too far. God's blessings to your family!

John is doing pretty good! He was out of it yesterday, just drained emotionally. This is hard for his family but it came as a total surprize, as both were unexpected. They had viewing last night and funeral today for the one brother, and viewing tomorrow night for the other brother with funeral the next day.

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers for John. I'm just trying to be the strong one here.

I'm sure John really wishes he could be there at the viewing. I hope he's able to come to terms with it and realizes you need him to be around for a long time. You need him to continue to get better every day and this would just have been too much for him at this time. I'm sorry, John, but it's good your father put his foot down and convinced you it wasn't necessary. We all want you to get better. And the rest of the family will understand.
