Whats for dinner folks?
Give up them Sunday recipes!!!
Tonight I think Im just making sausage and tators.
Recipe:
cube and peel up some tators,
slice up 2 polska kielbasa *or sausage of your choice*
slice up some Onion *or dice to hide it if you have kids or onion haters in your house!*
throw it in a cake pan (should be enough to completely fill it.), cover with salt/pepper *if your feelin kind of crazy try some season salt like lawreys, or cajun sseason -YUM!* put in about an 1/8 cup of water for some steam (or broth for extra flava') cover with foil, jab foil 2x with a fork and bake around 400 for an hour... or till tators are tender.
*optional...
sprinkle with a smidge of cheddar just before serving...
*optional 2...
serve with fat free ranch dressing or ketchup for dipping.. omg, YUM! kids love ketchup, I LURVE ranch!
1 pan, entire meal, usually with left overs that are delicious with scrambled eggs the next morning.
15 minutes prep.
and hour of cooking.
Feeds 5 with enough left overs for breakfast.
