Emmy's Doctor's appointment went well today. She gained 6 ounces, she is now up to 6 pounds 10 ounces and 19 inches long so our baby girl is growing.

She rolls over and Dr. Root told her she isn't supposed to be doing that till she's 6 or 7 months. I told him her therapy is doing wonders for her.

She also got 6 shots. She did very well and boy did she cry...not for a long time but cry she did! At least we know she feels pain.

He is sendng her to another hearing specialist to see if there is anything to be done for her hearing.
All her blood work came back good so he still can't figure out why she's so cold all the time. Either she will have to outgrow it or learn to live with it.
Well that's about it.
Have a GREAT day!:)

Hey Wiz, we know our girl is special! Her rolling over early is a way of her telling the world that she's real special! You know when people have a deficiet in one area they compensate for it in another. Okay, so she is rolling now and will be getting all over the house by the time she is 6-7 months old! :D What an angle!

OUCH! :( Shots are no fun! Just give her that Tylenol/Motrin for the next few days.

Emily is doing so well :) .... So glad to hear that our special little one is rolling over. Think Amy started rolling over at about 6 months and that was with us rolling her. She hated being on her tummy.

Wiz that is such good news. So happy to hear she is gaining weight, and progressing better than the doctor expected. She is a miracle. :)

Way to go Emmy...you go sweetie...show those Dr.s they dont know everything..your Aunt Linda is sending you and your very special Mom a big hug...
Maybe Emmy had a little problem with her circulation..Andrew does and his legs and feet are cold to the touch almost all the time..could be when she starts moving around more it will get better..

Wonderful news that she is gaining and wow, rolling over at such an early age, that's great news too. She will be such a delight as you watch her do more and more things. Sounds like maybe the fact that she is tiny helped make some of her other motor skills develop faster.
Give her a hug and kiss for me.
