Ok, I agree everyone can use a break once in a while, but Paris Hilton getting released to house arrest after 3 days because so-called "medical" condition? Please!!!!
If it was anyone else, they'd throw us in the cell and throw away the key!

Poor Baby! I know someone who was in prison a year with ovarian cancer and they never told her nor did they treat her!
She didn't do her time for crime!

Everyone who breaks the law should be prepared to pay the price.

House arrest in their Mansion! That is hardly punishment. That would be a vacation for the rest of us!

I will be glad to stay in another wing of the house and use the pool when she is not around and I am sure there is more then one maid to clean my room.:D

I get so tired of hearing about Paris, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears!! What kind of message are they sending to the young kids that listen to their music and watch them on tv??? This so called justice system of ours is not fair-and they prove that over and over again by letting people with money off on their charges, or letting them out early. The law is only for the poor or average class people~the rich and famous always get better treatment and less time spent behind bars.
I am a firm believer that we are all equal. She may have more money then me but I have more wealth then her. I have me and my family---- more gold then you can shake a stick at.I believe if she did the crime she should pay.If that was you or I that did that they would not let us out.Money should not buy everything but it does.:)

I am sick to death of hearing about her and britney spears..if the media would just drop them maybe they would start acting like they have a little sense..and what is so great that the media is always covering them..beats me...they are sure sending a bad message to the younger generation...:(

Sounds like there are a lot of unhappy people because she was released on house arrest. She has been ordered to appear back in court today and may possibly be returned to jail. I guess there have been a lot of emails and complaints made. Saying she was a spoiled little brat and that jails are equiped to handle medical problems! Sound be interesting to see what comes of all this today!

She's going back to jail!
As reported: Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.
"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

Justice is served...I think the judge did the right thing...and now if the media would let it die and stop talking about her we would all be better off...
