Posting In Members Gallery

Are we supposed to post our Templates here that we dont have a download link to.. Or should they go into the Members Gallery??
I have noticed a lot of people posting them here instead...

The Templates & Layouts forum (in the Scrapbook MAX! Sharing Corner) is for templates that you wish to share with others. The Gallery is not for templates, it's basically a place to show off your scrapbooks.
