The old boy meets girl story here... We went to Carolyn & Daniel's Wedding just last Saturday.
So Hope this up load works.
..................
No it didn't... same thing The screenshot uploads but not the template... ?????
Could it be because some of the backgrounds and embellishments are from other sources not SBMax? Does that matter?

hi moonbeam ! you asked for feedback regarding your templates: I think this one looks even nicer than the others you posted, maybe it's just the colors (personal taste), but I also think this one looks more 'put together'. Very nicely done !! :)

oh and yes, the fact that embelishments and other stuff doesn't come from sbm matters. me too, i tried posting some templates that I created with papers and embelishments that I got from other sites, and I can't share them here, I can only post them in the gallery.

Hello,

We don't restrict the type of content that you can post here -- however the size of the template you are trying to upload does matter.

What size is the template you're trying to upload (eg. 1 megabyte)?

And when you can't upload it, what is the error your receive?

Thanks!
Desmond.

I'm having the same problem when uploading my templates; they are too big. (I have even removed the pics.) Is there any way of offering up our templates in jpg format?

No, unfortunately they don't. If you have huge backgrounds or embellishments in the templates, they can quickly become too big to share.

How large are the templates that you (anyone) are having problems with?

Hey Desmond, my last one was 3.23 MB and it does contain alot of graphics. Here it is in the gallery:

 Hi,everyone! I have the same problem with the size of the templates. So I look through the elements I have used and found some of them that are too big. I used Photoshop to resized them and the templates became smaller. May be the quality is not so good but I think only the professional can tell apart.

Hello,

We've increased our max file size for templates (SMT files) to 5 mb. Please try uploading your templates again, and let me know if you have any further troubles.

Thanks!
Desmond.

Moonbeam will have to save her template here again. But now everyone should be able to upload their templates because the size has been increased.

Okay I gave it another try, but my template of 3.23 MB still does not load. It says that the "Page cannot be displayed". :( Hmmmmm?...

Sorry about it being in the wrong place Lilblinkey... forgive me I'm new here. I did find the template sharing section but have had no success there either.
The only one that was successful was "men In Black" - which incidently was the smallest size. So I think size must have something to do with it.
Thanks Desmond for helping us - I checked the size of the other templates that wouldn't upload - one was over the limit @ 6mb but the others were 3.94mb and 4.6mb but still won't upload ( I tried again tonight) the message displayed is the same as Lor ( Page cannot be displayed , cannot find server)
Any help is appreciated

I also just tried to upload them into the gallery but even there I get the same thing..."page cannot be displayed" so I am unable to put them there either:(

Hello,

I made some changes to our server in order to solve this problem -- i've been able to upload a template that was 4.4 MB.

Please try uploading some of your larger templates (max 5 MB), and let me know if it works / doesn't work.

Thanks for your patience everyone!

Desmond.
