I have soooo many photos to go through and i wondered if I
create a page as I go along when I finish (probably in 10 years :)
will it be possible to organize them as I wish .

You mean to change the order of the pages? If so, then yes. You can do that by right clicking on one of the page tabs in the upper left area and choosing "ORGANIZE" from the menu. :)

That was fast.
I just ordered the "real" stuff and will wait impatiently for
the Cd.

The CD should be out to you right away. You're going to love it, the content on the CD is superb. :)
