As you all know, I'm a school nurse. I have nearly 1000 students and I have been seeing a lot of this stuff. Basically I'm seeing 2 things. 1. Upper Respiratory Crud with the sore throats, headaches, sinus congestion & coughing and 2. The Stomach Virus that is accompanied with severe vomiting and diarreah. I've managed to catch them both!!!! Thank Goodness I am over them now. It sure been bad. My advise is to make sure you drink that WATER and stay hydrated to flush out the system. Have plenty of Chicken Noodle Soup on hand and Just Rest! It will pass!!!! :eek:

Yup she's definitely got the coughing crud...dh took her to the doctor today and she has bronchiolitis. :( Poor lil gal is gonna be sick on her 1st Xmas.
