scannon made this wonderful suggestion for our next challenge:

Recipe cards!!

Everyone create your recipe card at 4*6 size and in addition to posting them here, e-mail them to me. At the end of the week, I'll zip them up and then everyone can download tthem & a set of Holiday Recipes just in time to get planning for Turkey Day and The Christmas Holidays!!

Here's mine - an OLD recipe from my husband's GRANDMA - she brings it to Christmas every year and if you like cooked onions, it's AWESOME!

Hey Steve - your recipe sounds YUMMY! But I have a question....you have Expresso powder listed as an ingredient, but it's not listed in the instructions anywhere....when in the recipe do you use it???

I would love to know because I WILL be making this! :)

Oh, yeah, I forgot... You can mix it in with the batter or dust the top of the cheesecake with it... I'll fix it a little later... :D

LOL thats what I thought the first time I saw this...but YES it does make cookies and by the time you have it all mixed together you would think you had put flour and everything in it..try it and let me know what you think..
if you like nuts use the chunky PB.. :)
