Tubes

I've been hearing about making embelishments using websites using tubes. Could you please explain how to get them from the website into Photoshop 7? I am new to all this and would appreciate any help you could give me.

Sheri, in anwer to your question regarding tubes for PS. Tubes are files that Paint Shop Pro uses. As in in previous posts there is a program that you can download tubes from various website across the net and can then open and convert these files to .png files that then can be used in Photoshop.
