Boy, I sure missed a lot tonight! After I took my mom home, I had to work on her computer a little. Then when I got home, I had to finish cleaning up the kitchen. (Who was suppose to be doing dishes in this soap anyway...) Then it took me 45 minutes to read all of went on today!!!!!!! See Granny finally got the smilies!! Sorry Granny the Hardware was closed for Thanksgiving. And Eye, what was up with you tonight??? Maybe I will catch you all later (tomorrow). Bye

It is now the beginning of the Christmas season since Crop has gone shopping. I wish her luck. I hate shopping in any busy store. Hope the bargains were worth it. I do love yard sales though." Eng" do you have yard sales where you live?

I came on earlier and was posting and hit a wrong key or something and just x'ed myself right on out of here LOL..gone in a flash before I even knew what hit me..Guess Crops is in that mad whirl of shoppers by now having herself a good old time..andrews nurse was just telling me they said on the radio there were over 250 people lined up at all the main doors to the mall at 3 am this morn..one man had been there since 12:30 to be first in line to get one of the new game systems..I hope he had his long johns on cuz it was sure cold here last night..I did that one year to try to get one of my girls a cabbage patch doll waited 6 hrs..was about the 26th person in line..toy story opened and they only had 10 dolls to sell...talk about a lot of mad people..my first and last time to ever do that..gotta get back to work on my sb page Ive been trying to finish all day and most of the night..cant seem to get much accomplished nothing looks right on it..Im never going to get this book done before Christmas ..check back with yall later..

Goodmorning everyone. Yes I noticed all the info that was being given too. Well I kind of fall in between. I can still say I am not in my 50's! But only until June. That is when the big one falls. My Hubby will be 55 in January. I am the youngest in my family. We were spread out a bit. Carol will be 55 in March and Linda will be 59 the same day I turn 50 (Delayed twins with one inthe middle). No kids myself. Linda has 3, her oldest is 37. Carol has 2 and her oldest will be 25 in Feb. The only young ones belong to my nieces Caris and Carol. I have posted layouts with them. (Kari 12 in April and Jacob 2 in March). Well I slept in late since I went to bed late. I haven't been downstairs yet. So I will go down and get breakfast and check back later.

Sacannon........So you are the favourite aunt that the family loves...That is such fun. Although I have kids ,my role as Aunt has been such fun. I love them, Spoil them, then send them home. Well I did get some things done in the house..........opened the window and watered my two plants :D I have been bugged by the telephone all morning. Their is a baby shower tonight for my great niece and they say then can't have it with out "Aunt Loie" my nick name. You see ,I some times (most of the time) act a little silly at gatherings. One baby shower that they had for a friend of mine I arrived pregnant. And it was at a public restaurant. The funniest part was when my sister picked me up. She is a bit prissy and demanded I go back in and change!!! Nope! not me!!! And I ended up delivering at the restaurant :eek:

I remember way back too. My sister was divorced. I was always up late Christmas eve at her house (She lived near by then) putting putting things together like bikes or Ice hockey, whatever it may be. Then came back early in the morning to see the kids open their gifts. Watching kids at Christmas was so much fun. Now there is no one around, It is just My Husband and my mother at Christmas. Very quiet!! Kinda of just another day, but we make the most of it.

Crops is a masochist, that's why she goes shopping that early. She's probably at the hear of the stampeed. I noticed she bought a battering ram at Home Ripoff yesterday, in anticipation for the big day. Eye Pickaboo from ICU will probably be busy all week, cleaning up after her.

Well, now that I'm up to speed with all your posts, I better go and take a shower. I already had my monthly one, but for some reason every one around here thinks I need another one. Go figure!

My dad was an only child and after I was born (only grandchild on his side for 7 yrs) they started a tradition of us having our christmas with them on christmas eve..eating ham sandwiches and all the goodies...then we would gather in the LR and open all our presents..my grandparents always went so far overboard with presents it was unreal..mother and daddy always wrapped a small gift for my sister and I for under the tree but Santa always brought everything from them and he never wrapped it just layed it all out..my sister and I would pick what piece of furniture we wanted our goodies on and left santa a note telling him where to put it...we still carry the christmas eve tradition of ham sandwiches and opening presents at my moms..kids and grandkids are all grown up now and my neice turned 12 this year but they still think that is Christmas

I've gone Crazy! Somebody should of smacked me last night and told me not to go! What was I thinking!!! The pushing and shoving!!! I did take the shovel and duck tape hit an old man over the head stole his TV and then duck taped him to a pole!
LOL ! ANd I bought everyone lots of presents too! But you will all have to wait until Xmas! HAHAHAHAHA

The electric went! Aww no. That happens when my son has a shower and it gets into the electric. Last night we had to wait an hour before we could flick it on again. That is maddening and I've typed reports for work and they fly off into cyberland never to be seen again!

Well to start with I started a hope chest for my daughter she doesn't know it yet but I just want to put in her head the idea she is not going to live here for ever! So I got her a coffee pot, mixer, blender, toaster,crock pot.
then I mostly got stuff for Amber and I went to Michaels and Ac moore to get stuff to make my own xmas cards Me And Lisa went to lunch we sang Xmas songs out the window and passed out 60& coupons to strangers just so they have good day! Isn't that sweet of me?? LOL
