this week's challenge is:

pick a layout from my gallery (http://www.scrapbookmax.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=1177) and use it as inspiration (copy it!) and make your own.

for this one, you'll have to post 2 links:

post a link to the l/o that you chose to scraplift, then post a link to your layout.

sorry! it was pretty late when i typed that!

a scraplift means that you look at someone else's layout and use it as inspiration. it's not using a template, it's simply "copying" a layout in that you use it kind of like you would a sketch.

What an interesting challenge. I enjoyed looking at Julie's layouts and trying to choose which one I would use. I think any one of them would have been a good choice!

These layouts are great! I think the real challenge this week was to post 2 layout on the thread and put 2 different thumbnails. Looks like alot of editing is being done, I know I had to. At least we are learning something new. :)

I think it was great, besides it made a lot of people learn something new.
Thats the thing about scrappin', ya learn as ya go, I enjoyed learning how to put in a thumnail! :) :)

The challenges are really great - each one has made me learn something new! I learned to get two links into a post - but can someone tell me how to get the two thumbnails! I know it's not part of the challenge but it seems like a good thing to learn!
